I must admit I have never thought / considered placing poached eggs on oatmeal. I do top a great many other dishes with them but just never thought about oatmeal. Guess I will be trying this one for breakfast this morning.
By the by, I have been remiss in thanking you for the emails, Thank You. One I have greatly savored and the other I most enjoyed reading and have forward it along to other.
Hi Bill, I have never mixed oatmeal with a poached egg. It looks so good. Think I'll try it... I do like to put applesauce on my oatmeal. Next time, I'll put an egg on top... YUM...
